This work included leveraging machine learning for improved forecasting, establishing data governance, and leading successful go-live activities across international markets.

My two years at Amazon Transportation Services were focused on the high-speed, operational excellence of e-commerce logistics. I managed the French and Belgian Carrier Management teams for Middle Mile operations, successfully launching ATS Surface Transportation into Belgium. This involved developing and executing capacity strategies, establishing Procurement Tenets to optimize carrier performance (cost, sustainability, and quality), and leading transportation programs. A key accomplishment was spearheading the Peak Process for Drops Trailers, which achieved over 300 timely drops weekly while ensuring operational excellence across key T1 Carrier metrics like OTP and OTD.

Supply Chain Planning
During my 7 years at Mars, I built a deep, hands-on foundation in end-to-end supply chain planning within the fast-paced CPG/FMCG sector. As a Demand Planning Leader, I managed long-term forecasts for critical segments, directly influencing new product development and fostering efficiency across European manufacturing sites. A major focus was on enhancing planning capability, including post-implementation process development for the BlueYonder system (ex-JDA), and successfully upskilling the Sales organization to align on demand planning objectives.
My experience also includes critical Customer Supply Management. I drove the Customer Availability Strategy, redefining stock levels with key retailers like Tesco and Asda to secure significant quarterly gains, all while leading and developing new operational teams.
